L’Oréal Australia has achieved EDGE Recertification at the EDGE Advance level, becoming the first organization to attain this new level of certification introduced as part of Version 6 of the EDGE Standards.
EDGE Advance is the third level of certification and recognizes organizations that have achieved substantial, measurable progress toward workplace gender equity across nearly all assessed areas. Positioned between EDGE Move and EDGE Lead, this new level acknowledges organizations that have embedded effective systems, practices, and accountability mechanisms while continuing to advance toward full alignment with the EDGE Standards.
EDGE Certified since 2015, L’Oréal Australia continues to demonstrate sustained progress across representation, pay equity, the effectiveness of policies and practices, and the inclusiveness of organizational culture. Recertification at the EDGE Advance level reflects the organization’s continued commitment to maintaining momentum and driving improvement over time.
