Lavazza Coffee UK has achieved EDGE Lead Certification, EDGEplus Certification, and EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification in its first EDGE certification cycle, reaching the highest level of EDGE Certification from the outset.
At the EDGE Lead level, Lavazza Coffee UK has met every EDGE Standard across representation, pay equity, effectiveness of policies and practices, and inclusiveness of the culture. Achieving this level at first certification reflects strong performance across all areas assessed through the EDGE methodology and represents a significant milestone in the organization’s approach to workplace gender equity.
Through EDGEplus, Lavazza Coffee UK has extended its assessment to consider employee experience through the intersection of gender and gender identity, adding an intersectional perspective to its understanding of workplace equity.
Alongside these achievements, Lavazza Coffee UK has also achieved EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification. This recognizes the organization’s results from an EDGE-compliant pay equity analysis, together with the policies and practices it has in place to promote pay equity and transparency, independently verified through the certification process.
