The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has achieved EDGE Advance Recertification, alongside EDGEplus Recertification.
Progression to EDGE Advance recognizes the measurable progress EBRD has made since its previous certification cycle. As the third of the four levels of EDGE Certification, EDGE Advance is achieved when an organization has reached nearly all of the EDGE Standards across the assessed areas.
EBRD’s EDGEplus Recertification adds further depth to this assessment. The organization assesses employee experience by considering gender in intersection with sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, age, disability, socio-economic background, and nationality, supporting a nuanced understanding of workplace experiences.
