The Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) has successfully recertified at the EDGE Move level and EDGEplus, while also achieving the EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification.
The renewed EDGE Move Certification recognizes FIA’s continued progress in workplace gender equity through measurable improvements across the EDGE Standards.
Through its renewed EDGEplus Certification, FIA continues to deepen its understanding of workplace experiences by analysing gender in intersection with gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, socio-economic background, and nationality within its employee survey, reinforcing its commitment to intersectional equity.

FIA is also one of the first organizations to achieve the EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification as part of EDGE Certification, independently recognizing its commitment to measuring, monitoring, and proactively advancing pay equity and transparency through rigorous assessment of both pay equity outcomes and the effectiveness of supporting policies and practices.
“True leadership in workplace fairness requires organizations to look beyond individual initiatives and take a holistic view,” says Aniela Unguresan, Founder and Member of the EDGE Certified Foundation Board. “FIA’s achievement of EDGE Move Certification, EDGEplus Certification and EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification reflects a comprehensive approach to advancing workplace fairness. Together, these independently verified certifications demonstrate the organization’s commitment to measuring progress, strengthening accountability, and continuously raising the standard for workplace equity.“
We congratulate FIA on these achievements and its continued commitment to advancing workplace gender and intersectional equity.
