Ringier AG has achieved EDGE Move Recertification and EDGEplus Recertification, continuing its commitment to measuring and advancing workplace gender and intersectional equity against the EDGE Standards.
Through EDGE Move Recertification, Ringier AG continues to measure workplace gender equity against the EDGE Standards through three complementary sources of information: Organizational Statistics, the Policies and Practices Questionnaire, and the EDGE Employee Survey. The triangulation of these sources provides a holistic view of the organization, while independent, third-party verification provides a credible foundation for identifying gaps, setting priorities, and tracking progress over time.
EDGEplus Recertification extends this assessment through an intersectional lens. Ringier AG included age and gender identity alongside gender in its assessment of employee experience, providing a more nuanced understanding of how different dimensions of diversity intersect and shape employees’ experiences in the workplace. Ringier AG’s recertification reflects its continued commitment to transparency, accountability, and measurable progress in workplace gender and intersectional equity.
We congratulate Ringier AG on achieving EDGE Move and EDGEplus Recertification and on its continued progress against the EDGE Standards.
