Audemars Piguet has achieved its first EDGE Certification at the EDGE Assess level, becoming globally certified across its operations. This global certification confirms that more than 80% of the organization’s worldwide workforce is included within the assessed and certified scope.
The certification covers country entities in Switzerland, France, UAE, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and the United States. Achieving EDGE Assess at a global level reflects a structured commitment to measuring workplace gender equity consistently across diverse geographies and regulatory contexts.
As the first level of EDGE Certification, EDGE Assess recognizes an organization’s commitment to understanding its current position against the EDGE Standards, a rigorous global framework for workplace gender equity. The assessment covers representation, pay equity, the effectiveness of policies and practices, and the inclusiveness of organizational culture, providing a clear, data-driven foundation for targeted action. The certification is independently verified and designed to support continuous improvement over time.
