Banco de México has successfully achieved EDGE Move Recertification following an independent, third-party assessment of workplace gender equity. The organization is now the second financial institution globally to maintain EDGE Certification at the EDGE Move level, setting a powerful example within the industry.
At the EDGE Move level, an organization meets the EDGE Standards in some of the key areas of analysis. Recertification at this level affirms that fair policies and practices contributing to equitable career flows and an inclusive culture have been sustainably integrated into Banco de México’s operations and strategy.
Initially certified at the EDGE Assess level in 2017 and first achieving EDGE Move in 2021, Banco de México continues to demonstrate leadership on its gender equity journey.
