Avolta attains Global EDGE Assess Certification and EDGEplus

Avolta has attained global EDGE Assess Certification and EDGEplus Certification showcasing its commitment to workplace gender and intersectional equity.

Avolta began in 2024, certifying nine entities across the US, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy. In 2025, Avolta expanded the process, certifying 19 additional entities spanning 14 additional countries across Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia. Together, these entities represent more than 80% of the Group’s global workforce, enabling Avolta to attain its global EDGE Assess and EDGEplus Certifications.

Avolta’s achievement of EDGE Assess and EDGEplus demonstrates that concrete action is being taken across the four pillars that define success in gender and intersectional equity: representation across the talent pipeline, pay equity, effectiveness of policies and practices to ensure equitable career flows, and inclusiveness of the culture.

Through the EDGE certification process, Avolta conducted a comprehensive review of its organizational statistics, policies and practices, and ran an employee survey to identify clear actions that will sustain and accelerate its progress toward workplace fairness.
