EDGE Assess Recertification reflects FONPLATA Banco de Desarrollo’s continued commitment to measuring its performance against the EDGE Standards across representation, pay equity, effectiveness of policies and practices, and inclusiveness of the culture.
The assessment draws on Organizational Statistics, the Policies and Practices Questionnaire, and the EDGE Employee Survey, bringing together complementary sources of information to provide a comprehensive view of workplace gender equity and identify areas for continued focus.
