Caribbean Development Bank has been recertified at the EDGE Assess level and has achieved its first EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification.
At the EDGE Assess level, Caribbean Development Bank has demonstrated its commitment to advancing workplace gender equity by measuring and benchmarking its performance against the EDGE Standards. This provides a solid evidence-based foundation from which to continue advancing representation, pay equity, effective policies and practices, and an inclusive organizational culture.
Alongside its recertification, Caribbean Development Bank has achieved its first EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification. This independently verified certification recognizes the Bank’s commitment to measuring, monitoring, and proactively advancing pay equity and transparency through a rigorous, evidence-based assessment of both pay equity outcomes and the effectiveness of the policies and practices it has in place to support them.
