Lavazza Denmark Aps has achieved its first EDGE Certification at the EDGE Advance level, together with EDGEplus Certification and the EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification.
Achieving EDGE Advance at first certification is a significant milestone. As the third of the four levels of EDGE Certification, EDGE Advance recognizes organizations that have achieved substantial, measurable progress across nearly all areas of the EDGE Standards.
Together with EDGEplus, Lavazza Denmark is extending its approach beyond gender to incorporate an intersectional perspective into its assessment of workplace equity.
The organization has also achieved the EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification as part of its EDGE Certification. This recognition requires both an EDGE-compliant pay equity analysis and an assessment of the policies and practices that support pay equity and transparency to meet defined EDGE thresholds. It provides credible recognition of the systems and outcomes underpinning an organization’s approach to pay equity and transparency.
