Alsa Maroc has achieved its first EDGE Certification at the EDGE Assess level, becoming the first organization in Morocco’s industrials sector to be EDGE Certified.
This milestone reflects the organization’s commitment to understanding its current position against the EDGE Standards. EDGE Assess is the first of the four levels of EDGE Certification and provides organizations with a clear foundation for measuring workplace gender equity and identifying priorities for continuous improvement.
The assessment examines representation, pay equity, the effectiveness of policies and practices, and the inclusiveness of organizational culture. The EDGE assessment is based on independently verified data drawn from Organizational Statistics, the Policies and Practices Questionnaire, and the EDGE Employee Survey, providing a holistic view of workplace fairness.
