Vitas Palestine – Ramallah has achieved its first EDGE Certification at the EDGE Assess level, becoming the second organization in Palestine to be EDGE Certified and the first in the country’s financials sector.
EDGE Assess Certification marks the beginning of a structured process of measuring workplace gender equity against the EDGE Standards. The assessment provides an evidence-based understanding of representation, pay equity, the effectiveness of policies and practices, and the inclusiveness of organizational culture, helping organizations identify priorities for further progress.
