The EDGE Move Certification testifies to EIB’s progress in terms of gender equality. EDGEplus confirms that EIB publicly commits to assessing the intersectionality of gender and race/ethnicity, age, nationality, LGBTQ+, and working with a disability. Undergoing a rigorous certification process, which involved measuring, benchmarking, and formulating an action plan, highlights the existence of a solid framework to create an inclusive work environment.
