MTN Nigeria Communications PLC has achieved EDGE Advance Recertification, marking its second EDGE Certification cycle and a significant progression in its workplace gender equity journey.
Having previously been certified at the EDGE Move level, MTN Nigeria has now progressed to EDGE Advance, the third of the four levels of EDGE Certification. EDGE Advance recognizes organizations that have achieved substantial, measurable progress across nearly all areas of the EDGE Standards.
