Lavazza Sweden has achieved EDGE Move Certification, EDGEplus Certification and EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification.
At the EDGE Move level, Lavazza Sweden has demonstrated measurable progress against the EDGE Standards and reached the Standards in some of the assessed areas. This provides a strong basis from which to continue advancing representation, pay equity, effective policies and practices, and an inclusive organizational culture.
Through EDGEplus, Lavazza Sweden has extended its assessment by examining employee experience through the intersection of gender and gender identity, bringing greater depth to its understanding of workplace equity.
Alongside these achievements, Lavazza Sweden has attained the EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification. The certification brings together an EDGE-compliant pay equity analysis and an assessment of the policies and practices that support pay equity and transparency. Both components are independently verified against defined EDGE thresholds, strengthening credibility and accountability around the organization’s approach to pay equity and transparency.
