Lavazza Baltics has achieved its first EDGE Certification at the EDGE Move level, together with EDGEplus Certification and the EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification.
Achieving EDGE Move at its first certification signals strong progress against the EDGE Standards. At this level, organizations have reached the EDGE Standards in some assessed areas across representation, pay equity, the effectiveness of policies and practices, and the inclusiveness of organizational culture.
EDGEplus Certification extends this assessment through an intersectional lens. Lavazza Baltics has chosen to assess employee experience by considering gender in intersection with gender identity, supporting a more nuanced understanding of how employees experience the workplace.

Lavazza Baltics has also achieved the EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification as part of its EDGE Certification. The certification independently verifies both an EDGE-compliant pay equity analysis and the effectiveness of policies and practices supporting pay equity and transparency against defined EDGE thresholds. It provides credible third-party recognition of the organization’s approach to measuring, monitoring, and proactively advancing pay equity and transparency.
We congratulate Lavazza Baltics on achieving these three complementary certifications and establishing a strong foundation for continued progress in workplace fairness.
