Achieving EDGE Assess at the global level reflects Gerosa’s decision to take a consistent approach to measuring workplace gender equity across its international operations. The certification assesses the organization against the EDGE Standards across representation, pay equity, the effectiveness of policies and practices, and the inclusiveness of organizational culture.
Through independent, third-party certification, Gerosa has established a clear baseline from which to identify priorities, measure progress, and advance workplace fairness across its operations.
