New research from Elyse Rosenblum (Founder and Principal of Grads of Life) and Julie Coffman (Chief Diversity Officer at Bain) explores which corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) practices are most effective in driving positive impact and long-lasting outcomes.
For the research, an online Opportunity Identifier tool was created. The tool allowed companies with a clear interest in DE&I to assess their DE&I efforts against 10 proven actions to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion. The results from the self-selected cohort of 170 respondents show that while there is growing momentum, employers are still in the early stages of their DE&I journey.
