Datasite UK Ltd. and Datasite LLC (U.S.) have achieved EDGE Assess and EDGEplus Recertification, continuing their commitment to measuring workplace gender and intersectional equity across their UK and U.S. operations.
Through EDGE Assess Recertification, both entities continue to measure workplace gender equity against the EDGE Standards through three complementary sources of information: Organizational Statistics, the Policies and Practices Questionnaire, and the EDGE Employee Survey. The triangulation of these sources provides a holistic view of the organization, while independent, third-party verification provides a credible foundation for identifying gaps, setting priorities, and tracking progress over time.
EDGEplus Recertification deepens this understanding by incorporating an intersectional perspective into the EDGE Employee Survey. Both Datasite entities assess employee experience by considering gender in intersection with gender identity, sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, age, and disability.
