
Swiss Life Asset Managers is globally recertified at the EDGE Assess level, demonstrating its continued commitment to intentional, prioritized, and measurable action toward a fair and inclusive workplace for all employees.
Two Swiss Life Asset Managers entities (Swiss Life Asset Managers Deutschland and Swiss Life Asset Managers France) have achieved substantial progress towards a gender-equitable workplace since the previous assessment and they are now eligible for the second level of certification EDGE Move. At the EDGE Move, the organization has reached the EDGE Standards in some of the assessed areas. Swiss Life Asset Managers Switzerland has achieved EDGE Assess reaffirming its commitment to accelerating progress and achieving meaningful outcomes in workplace gender equity.
This time around the organization has also achieved EDGEplus Certification. EDGEplus (gender and intersectionality) Certification is an add to EDGE (gender-binary) Certification, and enables certifying organizations to deepen their understanding of gender-related matters by measuring and analysing the intersectionality of gender and other aspects of diversity. Swiss Life Asset Managers monitors employee experience from an intersectional perspective of gender, gender identity, age, and disability.
