
TAG Heuer has achieved global EDGE Certification at the EDGE Assess level, recognizing its commitment to advancing gender equity in the workplace.
Eight TAG Heuer entities across eight countries—Australia, China, France, Germany, Japan, Switzerland, the UK, and the US—underwent an independent audit and were certified against the EDGE Standards. Together, these entities represent more than 80% of the Group’s global workforce, enabling TAG Heuer to attain its global EDGE Assess Certification.
The EDGE Certification process provides an evidence-based evaluation of an organization’s progress towards gender equity through analysis of an organization’s data, internal policies, practices, and employee experiences. This comprehensive approach delivers a 360° view of workplace diversity, fairness, and inclusion, highlighting both achievements and areas that can benefit from further action.
