Moncler is the first organization in the textiles, apparel & luxury goods industry to achieve global EDGE Certification. The certification process which is supported by an independent audit of organizational data, policies and practices, and employee experiences covered seven countries: China, France, Italy, Japan, Romania, South Korea, and the United States. Together, these entities represent more than 80% of Moncler’s global workforce.
Through this ambitious and globally coordinated undertaking, Moncler shows a rigorous, structured, and consistent approach to advancing workplace gender equity.
