L’Oréal Canada’s journey with EDGE began in 2015 with its first certification. Since then, the company has remained steadfast in its commitment to diversity, fairness, and inclusion, using the EDGE Standards to measure and monitor progress in representation, pay equity, effectiveness of policies and practices, and inclusiveness of the culture.
The addition of EDGEplus Certification underscores L’Oréal Canada’s dedication to addressing the intersectionality of gender with other dimensions of diversity. The organization actively monitors employee experience through lenses that include gender, gender identity, and race/ethnicity.
