The African Development Bank has been recertified at the EDGE Move level, the second of three EDGE Certification levels. Since its previous assessment, the African Development Bank has made significant progress toward a gender-equitable workplace, qualifying it for this next level of certification.
This time, the African Development Bank has expanded its analysis by also attaining EDGEplus Certification, demonstrating its commitment to assessing the intersectionality between gender and other dimensions of diversity. The organization monitors employee experience from an intersectional perspective of gender, gender identity, age, and nationality.
